The Dreaded Refund Gap … Ladies Stop Getting Ridiculously Large Breast Implants!!! You Look Ridiculous!!
This has to be said. Women, if you are an A cup, or a B cup, please FOR THE LOVE OF CHARLIE SHEEN, do NOT go out and get DD size breast implants (also known as +2s)!!! It just makes you look so ridiculous! Now, I love nice tits like the next guy. But “nice tits” does NOT mean HUGE. It means nice. Whether they are small B’s and perky or D’s and firm and tight with nice cleavage. Doesn’t matter. Now, if they are like flapjacks and hang down to your belly button, then that’s a problem.
So want to know what happens when you go from a really small cup size to a much larger cup size??? It’s called The Refund Gap. You’ve all seen it. It’s that empty gap in a woman’s chest in between her boobs that looks like someone punched her in the chest, yet her boobs are freakishly large. STOP THE INSANITY!!! If you want to get fake tits, by all means do it. But this is NOT a place for you to start bargain shopping. Find a reputable doctor and only go up 1 cup size. I’m sorry, but if you are an A cup, there most likely will not be enough skin for it to look natural to go beyond a B.

Actually, the god-awful refund gap occurs because of a few reasons:
1. Improper implant pocket creation by the surgeon leading to breasts being too far apart
2. A woman having too wide of a breastbone, preventing implant placement to be closer
3. Implants placed under the pectoral muscles, whose contractions push and displace the implants.
I went from an A cup to DDs with a separation of less than the diameter of my pinky. I emphasized over and over how I wanted a very tight cleavage and because my surgeon was great and I had a normal breast bone, I got exactly what I wanted!
Thanks for the tips! My girlfriend wants to get them. How did they do yours? Did they make an incision underneath, or go through the bellybutton? I’ve heard going through the belly buttons is the best way. No scars.
