Pennsylvania: A remorseful 20-year-old college student blamed his broken heart for his decision to secretly post a consensual sex tape of himself and a former girlfriend on the Internet two years ago, causing her continual harassment, according to authorities and court documents.
Christopher Thomas Scott, of the 200 block of Aronimink Drive in Newtown Square, was arrested Monday. He is charged with selling, designing and producing obscene materials under the obscene and other sexual materials and performance section of the Pennsylvania Crime Code, as well as harassment, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia — all misdemeanors.

“Christopher Scott then manipulated her into making a video while they were having sex,” the affidavit states. She recalled him using the webcam on his Mac laptop to capture their intimate encounter in his dorm room, but told her he didn’t like it “because it looked as if she wasn’t enjoying herself and made her do it again.”
Soon after the video was made, the woman said she broke up with Scott, in February or March 2010.
She found out the video had been put on the Internet when she received a call by her place of employment. After seeing the video, she was asked to resign. The woman later learned the video was on a number of different sites on the Internet.
I think the funniest part of this story has to be that the girl’s boss clearly found a video of her online while browsing porn online. And after jerking off to her, he then told her she had to quit her job. You couldn’t invent shit better than that. But this story really is incomplete without the name of the girl involved and the site where the video was posted. We need to get a hole of this video!
